Who are we?

Farapi S.L. is a university spin-off company that was founded by a team of professionals from the field of social anthropology doing applied anthropology. We have wide experience in socio-cultural research and maintain close ties with the academic world. We come from three different countries so we are acquainted with various European contexts and speak five languages.

Our team has expertise in the anthropological method and is constantly striving to improve efficiency in the gathering and qualitative analysis of data. We closely monitor theoretical and methodological tendencies and apply new sound technologies and qualitative computer analysis of texts.

FARAPI has the policy of innovation and continuous improvement thanks to the theoretical and methodological tendencies in qualitative and participative investigation.

Our objective is to contribute to the success of the our clients' projects starting from the idea that the previous knowledge of a determined social reality is indispensable at the time of implementing any social enterprise or political strategy in any scope.

Our service improves the effectiveness of your project/product/service, it  allows suitable decisions taking and avoids possibilities of failure.

In May, 2002, the people who go to form FARAPI today decided to set the project in motion. We set up as an association in November, 2002. In February, 2003, Bic Gipuzkoa Berrilan began to assess us in the launching of the company and provided us with space in their offices in Donostia-San Sebastián. In August, 2004, we became a limited company and since April, 2005, we have occupied our own offices in the Miramón Technology Park in Donostia-San Sebastián.
